Middlebury College Fac/Staff - Adult 2025 Membership - Please Read Carefully

*** For full time benefits eligible Middlebury College Employees Only ***

1. MUST INCLUDE your Middlebury College Emplyee ID Number and if you are a current employee or a retiree.  (If you are not eligible and buy this pass you will not receive a membership)

2. If you are purchasing for a family member within your immediate family unit you must also include their name, phone number and e-mail address.

3. If you are doing a family membership, you are required to pay for the two highest valued memberships, additional family members within your immediate family unit would be honored at no charge.  If you have additional family members that will be part of your family membership you must include a name, phone number and e-mail address for each person.

Please note that for the 2025 Staff membership there will be imputed taxes due. These taxes are for benefits employees receive that aren't part of their salary or wages (like access to a gym membership, company car or in this case a golf membership) but still get taxed as part of their income. We will report all passes purchased by benefited staff members to payroll and the taxes will be processed as part of payroll deduction. Employees taxes due will be calculated on the difference between what is paid for the membership and the regular membership that the general public purchase.
